During high-temperature annealing, surface oils can lead to blackening and sticking of the material surface. A degreasing and cleaning line is used to clean the surface of strip coils, employing ultrasonic cleaning combined with alkaline washing to remove mill oils and other contaminants from the strip surface. This effectively controls the residual carbon content on the annealed strip surface, while also suppressing defects such as strip adhesion during annealing, thereby meeting the cleanliness requirements for electronic products.
