Surface Sanding Machine

The surface sanding machine consists of four sanding heads and a take-up/reel-off mechanism. The shafts of the sanding-head rubber rollers are made from seamless tubing, and the rubber is imported nitrile rubber from Germany. The base roller of each sanding head is crafted from high-quality alloy steel through turning, high-frequency hardening, and precision grinding. The lifting platform for each sanding head operates on a single-point lift system, with an adjustable stroke accuracy of 0.01 mm. Belt-tracking correction for the sanding belts is controlled by photoelectric sensors and proximity switches. The braking system employs pneumatic brakes to minimize damage caused by belt misalignment and to shorten the stopping time of both the sanding-head motor and the sanding head itself. The water-spraying system utilizes a pump-driven, recirculating water tank. Each sanding head is individually controlled, ensuring that the failure of one head does not affect the normal operation of the others.
