High-Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace


Vacuum heat-treatment furnaces are characterized by stringent vacuum sealing; most heating and insulation materials can only be used under vacuum conditions. These furnaces are equipped with water-cooling systems, and components such as the furnace shell, furnace lid, electrical heating element leads (water-cooled electrodes), and intermediate vacuum isolation doors all operate under vacuum and high-temperature conditions. They employ low-voltage, high-current power supply and feature a high degree of automation. The most significant advantage is that materials subjected to vacuum annealing exhibit no oxide scale on their surfaces, enabling superior surface quality in subsequent cold-rolling operations.
