20-Roll Sendzimir Mill
The Sendzimir mill is a reversible rolling mill specifically designed for processing difficult-to-deform metal sheets and coils, such as stainless steel, silicon steel, titanium, and titanium alloys. Its roll arrangement differs from that of conventional two-high and four-high mills, enabling smaller deflection of the work rolls under rolling force and ensuring more uniform distribution of the rolling force across the mill frame. The Sendzimir mill consists of a mill frame, roll-down mechanism, crown adjustment device, first intermediate roll gap adjustment mechanism, pressure plates and side guides, sealing rolls, X-ray thickness-measuring equipment, and guide rolls, among other components.

The Changshuo Senjimil rolling mill has the following main features:
- The main frame is imported equipment, and the tension rollers are equipped with dual motors that can seamlessly switch between single- and dual-motor operation, ensuring rolling stability.
- The work roll has a small diameter (40 ± 0.3 mm) and generates high rolling force, making it more suitable for foil rolling.
- Use titanium-rolling-specific rolling oil and replace the filter element every three months to ensure that no foreign particles enter during the rolling process.
- Solid sleeves are used for the front and rear tension rollers, ensuring more stable tension control during finish rolling.
