During high-temperature annealing, surface oils can lead to blackening and sticking of the material surface. A degreasing and cleaning line is used to clean the surface of strip coils, employing ultrasonic cleaning combined with alkaline washing to remove mill oils and other contaminants from the strip surface. This effectively controls residual carbon on the annealed strip surface, while also suppressing defects such as strip adhesion during annealing, thereby meeting the cleanliness requirements for electronic products.
Bright Continuous Annealing Line
Continuous annealing is contrasted with batch (Hooded) annealing; in continuous annealing, the strip material passes continuously through an annealing furnace that is open at both ends, without any dwell time, and is immediately coiled after annealing. In industrial applications, continuous annealing is widely used as a heat-treatment process that restores deformed grains to a uniform equiaxed microstructure, while simultaneously relieving work hardening and residual internal stresses, thereby returning the material’s microstructure and mechanical properties to their pre-deformation state.
The fundamental characteristic of a 23-roll tension-leveling machine is its ability to induce plastic elongation in the strip while the tensile stress remains well below the material’s yield strength. Under the action of the bending and leveling rolls, only a very short segment of the strip enters the plastic regime, whereas the remainder between the tension rolls undergoes only elastic deformation. Even within the region where plastic deformation occurs, only a small portion of the strip cross-section is actually plastically deformed; consequently, the risk of breakage at defect-prone edge regions is significantly reduced.

In this equipment, the winding power unit employs a three-motor coordinated control system in which two winding motors work in tandem with the main drive motor. The main drive motor controls material feed, while the winding motors regulate tension, thereby ensuring stable tension and an aesthetically pleasing finished product.
The surface sanding machine consists of four grinding heads and a take-up/reel-in mechanism. The shafts of the grinding roller sleeves are made from seamless tubing, and the rubber is manufactured using nitrile rubber imported from Germany.
High-Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace
Vacuum heat-treatment furnaces are characterized by stringent vacuum sealing; most heating and insulation materials can only be used under vacuum conditions. These furnaces are equipped with water-cooling systems, and components such as the furnace shell, furnace lid, electrical heating element leads (water-cooled electrodes), and intermediate vacuum isolation doors all operate under vacuum and high-temperature conditions. They employ low-voltage, high-current power supply and feature a high degree of automation. The most significant advantage is that materials subjected to vacuum annealing exhibit no oxide scale on their surfaces, enabling superior surface quality in subsequent cold rolling processes.
